About me
Hi, I’m Natalie, a Master of Design student specializing in multimedia design. My studies have sharpened my animation and illustration skills, enabling me to create engaging designs under tight deadlines. I also work as a designer in the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion department at Monash University, where I translate complex data into clear infographics and animations. This role has strengthened my communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I completed a design internship at branding studio Your Creative, where I gained valuable insight into professional studio workflows and contributed to internalprojects and team meetings.
Outside of design, I enjoy hobbies that involve problem-solving with a clear outcome, like puzzles and cooking. These activities help me unwind and reset, especially when I’ve been working through open-ended creative challenges. While I love the ambiguity and freedom of design work, I find it helpful to balance it with structured, goal-oriented hobbies that recharge my creativity. These outlets support my professional practice by giving me mental clarity and helping me return to projects with fresh ideas and renewed energy.
